Police say a Penn Yan man was cited following a traffic stop in the village.
According to a news release, the Penn Yan Police Department ticketed Nathaniel A. King, 33, of Penn Yan for operating a motor vehicle while having a suspended NYS registration.
King is due to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at later date to answer charges.
