Australians are being inundated with scam text messages that robbed them of $323 million in less than a year.
Since August when the Flubot scam was first reported, thousands of Australians have been getting scam text messages about missed calls, voicemails and deliveries of goods ordered online.
In the first two months after it became known, there were more than 13,000 complaints made to the Scamwatch section of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
Since October, there have been another 15,563 complaints about Flubots.

The messages ask the receiver to tap on a link to download or access something, but doing so will download malware to your device.
