Beta Sigma Phi:Continuing to make a difference in the community
Jeff and Angela left high school for Ohio University in Athens. Jeff studied accounting and was on the University Program Council. Their purpose was to bring in a variety of things to enhance the college experience. They gave different perspectives — some entertaining and some educational. He helped bring in major names such as Jerry Seinfeld. They brought in the AIDS Quilt, helped put on ski trips and some local concerts and entertainment. They also brought movies to the student union. Jeff received his degree in accounting in 1993 and Angela received her master’s in speech pathology in 1994.
