CLEVELAND, Ohio – Investors who lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in retirement funds said Wednesday that a Westlake financial adviser lied to them by failing to disclose where he steered their savings.
The investors testified in the federal trial of Raymond Erker, who is accused of conspiracy, mail and wire frauds and money laundering. He is accused of siphoning $9.3 million from 54 people, most of whom were retired, from about 2013 to July 2018.
