  1. Think you have COVID-19? San Diego County health officials urge you NOT to go to hospital emergency rooms unless you are experiencing severe symptoms that need emergency care. If you have no symptoms, have mild illness or have not been exposed to someone who has tested positive, go to a neighborhood pharmacy, or to a county network of no cost sites. Led by Robin Kaufman, the RB Community Council (RBCC), the RB Planning Board (RBPB), and the RB Community Recreation Group (RBCRG) have numerous plans for RB in 2022. Working on Median upgrades, a Safety Fair, Chalk It Up, an Earth Day Fair, and more, the RBCC works to beautify, educate, and assist residents in RB.
